You need to book your Transportation Service journey. You can do this either via our Order Centre, via our app or web service.

With our Serviceresan app or via serviceresan.lanstrafiken.se, you can easily book, change and cancel your trip around the clock. The app can be found in your app store and is free to download.

Book, change and cancel via the Order Centre

You can call our Order centre and pre-book your trip between 6.30 AM and 9.00 PM. After 9.00 PM you can call and book a Transportation Service journey if you want to travel immediately. You can book your trip no earlier than 14 days before the desired travel date.

Book your trip well in advance, preferably the day before. You should book special vehicles between 8.00 AM and 4.00 PM the day before you wish to travel. Please book your journey home at the same time.

You can cancel via the Order Centre 24 hours a day.

If you need to change your trip, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • With Serviceresor's app and web version

    With our app Serviceresan Länstrafiken you get a good overview of your journeys. The same applies in our web version of the Serviceresor app. For example, you can book, change and cancel your trips yourself. You can only cancel sick and school trips.

    A guardian, relative or other representative can also easily manage your trips for you. You decide yourself who will be your representative. The agent must download the app via the App Store or Google Play and create their own account.

    The web version can be used via a regular browser.
