A bus can pass a stop without stopping for the following reasons:
- If the bus is full. The bus is then signposted "Fullsatt" and can not pick up more passengers.
- If the traffic management at the traffic operator has given an order not to stop.
- If the passenger who wants to get on board behaves in such a way that there is a risk of disruption to order or safety on board.
- If the bus can not stop due to events beyond our control, such as the traffic situation.
