We replace a broken Travel Card with a new equivalent. You can submit the Travel Card to a sales agent or our Customer Service.

If your Travel Card no longer works or you have problems with the card you can contact one of our sales agents for help with a replacement ticket if your Travel Card is causing problems, or contact our Customer Service.

All of the information from your old Travel Card will automatically be transferred to your new card within a few days, during which time you can travel as usual.
