Ånnaboda Lake

The swimming spot at southern Ånnaboda Lake invites you to enjoy relaxing summer days by the water. Toilets are available nearby, making it easy to stay longer and enjoy the lake and its surroundings. The distance from the bus stop to the swimming spot is short.

For a more relaxed activity, there is an asphalt walking path of approximately 2.5 kilometres around Lake Ånnaboda.

Lögardammen

The swimming spot is located in Latorp and consists of an artificial pond with a beach. Facilities include a diving tower, swimming platforms, wheelchair access ramp, changing cabins and toilets.

Hampetorps swimming spot

The swimming spot is located along the southern shore of Lake Hjälmaren, close to Hampetorp marina and a holiday village with a campsite and café. Facilities include swimming platforms and toilets. There are also large grass area, barbecue area and a beach volleyball court.

Hjälmarbadens swimming spot

Hjälmarbaden is a swimming spot located just outside Ekeby-Almby in Örebro. It is a convenient, city-close beach suitable for everyone. The distance from the bus stop to the beach is approximately 1.2 kilometres, offering a pleasant walk.

Hästhagens Bryggbad

This swimming spot is close to the city and is for people living here and visitors. Bryggbadet is located within the Hästhagen recreation area, with the Svartån river flowing calmly nearby. There is a large green area where you can sit and relax, and you can swim from a swimming platform. On the inner side of the platform, the water is shallow and ideal for splashing and playing, while the outer side offers deeper water for swimming. Toilets and barbecue areas are available by the kiosk.

Karlslunds tegelbad

Karlslund Tegelbad is also a swimming spot close to the city. It is located by the Svartån river, in the middle of the Karlslund cultural reserve. At the swimming spot, there is a distinctive wooden staircase shaped like a fan. The wide steps invite you to sit down and relax for a while. Here, you can enjoy the sun and the calm surroundings by the water. There is a barbecue area and picnic tables nearby, which makes this a great place for an outing. It is about 650 m from the bus stop to the swimming spot.

Prästryggens swimming spot

Prästryggens swimming spot is located by Lake Väringen in Frövi. Here you will find a large sandy beach and a long swimming platform that extends into the water. There are toilets and changing rooms next to the swimming spot. It is about 600 m from Solliden to the swimming spot, and about 1.6 km from Frövi resecentrum.

Lanna Badgruva

(Swimming spot in a old quarry - today a recreation area)

Here you will find a sandy beach, a swimming platform, high cliffs, a playground, an outdoor gym, several barbecue areas, and a sun terrace. The swimming spot is very popular with young people. You can easily get here by bus. It is about 500 m from the bus stop to the swimming spot.

Borgmästareholmens swimmings pot och Hagabadet 

There are two swimming spots in central Askersund. One is located on the town’s small island, Borgmästareholmen. It has a sandy beach in a small bay, with shallow water that is good for swimming. The other swimming spot is Hagabadet. Here you will find swimming platforms, a sandy beach, changing rooms, and toilets. It is about 800 m from the bus stop to Borgmästareholmen and about 900 m to Hagabadet.
