If you want to pre-book or reschedule a journey, press 2.
If you have feedback about Serviceresor, press 3.
- Open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9:00 and 14:00.
If you have a question about an invoice for Serviceresor, press 4.
- Open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9:00 and 14:00.
If you have a question about Färdtjänst, press 5.
- Open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9:00 and 14:00.
To contact a case officer for Sjukresor, press 6.
- Open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays) between 10:00 and 12:00.
