Sommarpasset is for people aged 7–19 who want to make the most of their summer in Örebro County. With Sommarpasset, you can travel as much as you like by bus and train across the whole county. It makes it easy to get to summer jobs, friends, swimming spots and fun activities. You also get discounts and special offers on several summer activities in the area.

  • When can I use Sommarpasset?

    Sales start: 8 June 2026

    Age group: 7–19

    Price: 200 SEK 

    Valid: 12 June – 17 August 2026

    Sommarpasset starts on 12 June 2026, no matter when you buy it.

  • Where you can go with the Sommarpasset?
    You can travel with city and regional public transport (bus and train) throughout Örebro County. You can travel by train within Örebro County with:
    • Tåg i Bergslagen (TiB)
    • Västtåg/Kinnekulletåget 
    • SJ Regional

    Valid across the county border to:

    • Arboga - Lindesberg on route 351
    • Filipstad - Kristinehamn on route 400 (Värmlandstrafik)
    • Filipstad - Hällefors on route 407 (Värmlandstrafik)
    • Grängesberg - Kopparberg on route 360
    • Grängesberg with Tåg i Bergslagen
    • Götlunda - Örebro on route 321

    If you travel across the county border, you must be able to present a receipt for your activated ticket.

    To get a refund for Sommarpasset, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

    If you have not used the ticket, you will get a full refund.

    If the ticket has started, you will get money back as travel credit. The amount depends on which day you contact us:

    Day 1: 80% of the ticket price
    Day 2: 60%
    Day 3: 50%
    Day 4: 40%
    Day 5: 30%
    Day 6: 20%
    Day 7: 10%
    After day 7: no refund

Current offers

  • Get half-price entry to Gustavsvik’s outdoor swimming area. The offer is for one person.
  • At Boda Borg in Karlskoga, four for the price of three. Only one person in the group needs to have Sommarpasset to use the offer.
  • Join a guided OpenArt tour completely free of charge. You choose the day and time that suits you best. We have a limited number of tickets – first come, first served! You that have Sommarpasset, you can contact our customer service to get the booking code.
  • Play mini golf for free at Hampetorps camping. You can use it once per day per person.
  • Get 50 SEK off concerts by Kulturaktiebolaget at Vinön and Stora Hjortstorps gård this summer. You that have Sommarpasset, you can contact our customer service to get the discount code.

Show your Sommarpasset to staff at the entrance to get the discounts. You can show your ticket in the app. If you have Sommarpasset on a travel card, you must show both the travel card and the receipt. If you have lost your receipt, you can get a new one from the bus driver or where you buy and add money to your travel card.

  • Can I lend my ticket to someone else?

    You can lend your ticket to someone else aged 7–19.

    In the app, the ticket can only be used on one phone at a time. If you move it to another phone, it may take up to 24 hours before it shows.

  • When can I use my ticket?

    You can use the ticket whenever services run.

  • How do I activate my ticket?

    The ticket activates automatically on 12 June 2026, no matter when you buy it.

  • Får jag resa med Sommarpasset om jag fyller 20 år under sommaren?

    Ja. Om du har köpt Sommarpasset innan du fyllt 20 år gäller det hela perioden.

    Exempel: Sommarpasset börjar gälla 12 juni 2026. Fyller du 20 år 13 juni men köpte passet innan din födelsedag, får du använda det hela perioden.

  • Can I use Sommarpasset for travel on Närtrafik?

    No

  • I’ve changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

    If you want a refund, you need to contact Länstrafiken’s customer service.

    If you contact us within 7 days of purchase, we can give you a full refund under our terms, as long as the ticket has not been used.

  • My phone, travel card or receipt is lost. Can I get a new ticket or a new receipt?

    Lost phone or travel card?

    (also if your phone is stolen)

    If you have an account with us, you can get a new ticket if your phone or travel card is lost or stolen.

    To get a new ticket, it must be linked to your account.

    • App: Sign in before you buy Sommarpasset. This links your ticket to your account in the app.
    • Travel card: Register your card number in your account in the webshop. This links your ticket to your travel card.

    If you have lost your phone, contact customer service. Only they can sign you out of the app.

    When you sign in again, it will take 24 hours before you can use your ticket on a new phone.

    If you lose your travel card, block it yourself in the webshop. The block cannot be removed and the ticket is not paused. After blocking the card, contact customer service to get a new one. You can collect it or have it sent to you.

    Lost receipt?

    If you have lost your receipt for Sommarpasset, you can get a new one from a bus driver or where you buy and top up travel cards.
    Just show your travel card.
