You can buy 30‑day tickets from 1 July to 2 December 2026. You can use the ticket until it runs out, up to 31 December 2026.

The government has decided on this offer. It only applies to the tickets included.

These tickets are included in the offer and are sold at half price:

• 30‑day ticket for adults, youth or students. You can travel wherever you like. When you buy the ticket, you choose the area. You can also subscribe to the ticket (not available for students).
• 30‑day off-peak ticket for adults or youth. You can travel wherever you like. When you buy the ticket, you choose the area. You can also subscribe to the ticket.
• 30‑day Örebro/Värmland ticket for adults or youth.

The 30‑day ticket works for 30 days from your first day of travel. The rules and the ticket are the same as usual, but at a lower price.

You can buy 30‑day tickets at half price until 2 December 2026. If you have bought a half price 30‑day ticket, you can use it until it runs out, up to 31 December.

No, unfortunately not. Our offer starts on 1 July 2026.

You can buy a 30-days ticket:

• Using our app - as a digital ticket
• In our web shop
• As a subscription (information in Swedish)
• At one of our sales agents - for loading Travel Cards
• Via our customer service at the Resecentrum in Örebro - where you can load the ticket travel cards
• On board the bus using bank card. Only on the city busses in Lindesberg and the regional busses within the county 

If you want the ticket on a travel card, you can buy one or more periods at the same time. You choose the start date for each period when you buy them.

If you buy the ticket in the app, it starts straight away. This means you cannot buy more than one ticket to use at the same time.

To get a refund for 30-day ticket, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

If you have not used the ticket, you will get a full refund.

If the ticket has started, you will get money back as travel credit. The amount depends on which day you contact us:

Day 1: 80% of the ticket price
Day 2: 60%
Day 3: 50%
Day 4: 40%
Day 5: 30%
Day 6: 20%
Day 7: 10%
After day 7: no refund

You can only buy tickets at half price until 2 December. This is because the ticket lasts for 30 days and the offer ends on 31 December 2026. If you buy the ticket on 2 December, it starts straight away.

You will need to buy 30‑day tickets at the regular price.

Yes. From 3 December, you can buy tickets for 2027, but at the regular price.

If you have a subscription, you don’t need to do anything. You will get the lower price automatically at your next payment.

No, färdtjänst is not included in this offer. It is not part of the government funding. Färdtjänst is a special form of public transport and has its own rules for fares and funding.
