You can dispute a surcharge via the form "Challenge a surcharge" or by sending a letter to us. You must submit your dispute so we will have it no later than 10 days from the ticket inspection.
Reduced Fee
If you wish to apply for a reduced fee, you must include a copy or screenshot of your valid student ID showing the correct student travel symbol. This applies to passengers who have travelled using the Student 20+ price group and can present a valid student ID with the correct travel symbol afterwards.
Still pay your surcharge
If you have comments on your surcharge, the surcharge must still be paid within 10 days. If your case is withdrawn after investigation, we will make a refund.
