A Färdtjänstbevis allows you to travel on buses within Karlskoga, Lindesberg and Örebro. You pay the same price as for a single presale youth ticket. You must be registered as a resident living in Karlskoga, Lindesberg or Örebro Municipality to apply for a Paratransit card.

If you have Färdtjänstbevis in Örebro County but can travel by bus with help from a companion, your companion can travel free of charge when you have a Färdtjänstbevis card. Validity of the Färdtjänstbevis
The Färdtjänstbevis is a personal ticket and is only valid for the person it is issued to. Your name, customer number and personal ID number will be printed on the card, but not the last four digits.
Validity period: Valid from 04:00 until 04:00 the following day, Monday to Friday, and also on Saturdays and public holidays.
Where the card is valid: You can use the card when travelling on city buses in Lindesberg, Karlskoga and Örebro. It is also valid on Flextrafiken in Karlskoga.

The Färdtjänstbevis is valid for a maximum of 2 years
The Färdtjänstbevis is valid for as long as you have permission to use Färdtjänst. If your Färdtjänst permission is valid for more than two years, the Färdtjänstbevis will still be valid for a maximum of two years. The two‑year period starts from the date the card is produced. The exact validity period is printed on the färdtjänstbevis.

We recommend that you apply for a new card at least one month before your current Färdtjänstbevis expires. Please note that we do not send out reminders to renew the Färdtjänstbevis.

If you have a Färdtjänstbevis, you can buy your single ticket in our app instead of buying it from the driver. Choose a single ticket and the “youth” price category. If you prefer, you can still buy your ticket from the driver. This applies to single tickets on the city buses in Karlskoga, Lindesberg and Örebro.
You must always be able to show your Färdtjänstbevis and a valid ID when you travel, because the Färdtjänstbevis is personal.

Validity of the Companion card
The Companion card is linked to you and your Färdtjänst permission. You pay the regular fare, but your companion travels free of charge.
Validity period: Valid from 04:00 until 04:00 the following day, Monday to Friday, and also on Saturdays and public holidays.
Where the Companion card is valid: The Companion card is valid on all our buses within Örebro County. This includes city buses, regional buses and express buses.

The validity of the Companion card depends on how long your Färdtjänst permission is valid. If your permission is valid for more than two years, the Companion card will still only be valid for a maximum of two years from the date it is produced

A Companion card does not need to be topped up. It works like a season ticket. The companion must show the Companion card to the bus driver every time they board.
