If you are travelling with a ticket that is not available in our app, on a travel card, or a school card, you will need to get assistance from the driver onboard the bus. You will need to do this regardless of which bus you are travelling on. The driver will help you with your ticket.
Travel with a Färdtjänstbevis or Companion card
If you have a Färdtjänstbevis, you can buy your single ticket in the app or in the ticket machine instead of from the driver. Choose a single ticket and the “youth” price category. If you prefer, you can still buy your ticket from the driver. This applies to single tickets on the city buses in Karlskoga, Lindesberg and Örebro.
You must always be able to show your Färdtjänstbevis and a valid ID when you travel, because the Färdtjänstbevis is personal.
You must show your Companion card to the bus driver each time you board. If you have a Färdtjänstbevis, you may also need to show a valid ID to confirm your right to bring a companion free of charge.

Broken Ticket Machine
If the ticket machine on the bus is out of order, try another machine or show your ticket to the driver. If you are travelling with a travel card, it is helpful if you bring the receipt for your purchase and show it to the driver.
If a ticket machine on the platform is out of order, you can use one of the other machines available at the station.
