Personal fee for accompanying passengers, animals and carrying assistance

If you, as a passenger, bring an accompanying person or a pet on your journey, you pay a personal fee for the accompanying person or the animal.

You pay SEK 55 per occasion for carrying assistance, in addition to the personal fee for the journey.

Pay by invoice, credit card or cash

We have invoice payment as the default payment method. This applies to all Transportation Service journeys. If you want to switch to paying by bank card or cash, you can let us know when you book your trip. If you change your payment method, it applies to all your future trips.

If you choose to make purchases using a credit card or invoice, it may pose a risk to you if you are unable to pay off your credit or invoice later.

If you fail to repay your debt on time, you risk receiving a payment default, which could make it difficult to rent a home, sign contracts for services, or obtain new loans. For support, contact the budget and debt counselling service in your municipality. Contact details can be found on the Swedish Consumer Agency's (Konsumentverket) website.
