You need to pre-book your Transport Service (Färdtjänstresa). You can book your trip in two different ways:
- Via our app Serviceresan or webb version (In Swedish only)
- Via the Order Centre

With our Serviceresan app or via serviceresan.lanstrafiken.se, you can easily book, change and cancel your trip around the clock. The app can be found in your app store and is free to download. The app is in Swedish only.

Book, change and cancel via the Order Centre
Quick facts about ordering through the Order centre:
- Book your trip well in advance, preferably the day before.
- Pre-book your trip between 6.30 AM and 9.00 PM, holiday is treated as a regular weekday.
- You should book special vehicles between 8.00 AM and 4.00 PM the day before you wish to travel.
- After 9.00 PM you can call and book a Transportation Service journey if you want to travel immediately.
- You can book your trip no earlier than 14 days before the desired travel date.
- You can cancel a trip via the Order Centre 24 hours a day.
- If you need to change your trip, please contact us as soon as possible.
This is what we need to know when you book:
- Your name
- Where you want to be picked up
- Where you want to go
- If you have a companion or other traveller
- If you use an assistive device
- If you have a time to fit
- If you want to bring a pet on the trip
- Other information that may affect the trip
Fee if you do not cancel in time
It will cost you 220 SEK if you book a Transportation Service or Patient Transport but do not cancel at least 60 minutes in advance and do not make the trip. The fee will be invoiced afterward. The purpose is to reduce missed trips and make better use of our vehicles.
Called back after a call
As part of our quality work, you who travel with Serviceresor may be called by the survey company Ipsos. They ask questions about your last trip with us at Serviceresor. Your views are important in our improvement work. We hope you will take the time to answer the questions if you are called.

- Open on non‑holiday Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 10:00 and 12:00.
- Press 4 for questions about Färdtjänst, invoices or if you want to leave a comment.
- Open on non‑holiday Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 14:00.
