During Thursday evening, it is not possible to book trips by phone or in the app Serviceresan. You will not be able to:
- book or cancel trips with Service Travel in the app
- use the map in the app to see vehicles
If you have a pre-booked trip on Thursday evening, it will be carried out as planned. Please remember to book both your outbound and return trip well before Thursday evening.
The order centre is open during the maintenance to:
- cancel trips scheduled for Thursday evening
- help locate vehicles
- handle urgent Patient transports
