Offer for new residents
New in town? Welcome to Örebro County!
When you move, there’s a lot to discover with new routes to work, school and leisure, and new ways to travel. That’s why we want to make it easier for you to get started. As a new resident, you can travel free of charge with us for 14 days. Keep an eye on your letterbox!
In the letter from us, you’ll find more information about how to apply for a free ticket to download in our app. The letter and the QR code in it are not valid as a ticket. The information will be in Swedish.
This offer is active and available until further notice, but you need to have moved recently to be eligible.
Offers based on price group
We offer discounted prices on several of our tickets. The prices you see in our app and other sales channels already include your discount.
Senior discount
If you’re 70 or older, you get 20% off the regular price when buying single tickets. Choose the price group Senior 70+ when you buy your ticket to get the discounted price.
Student discount
If you’re a student, you get 20% off the regular price on selected period tickets in the app. Choose the price group Student 20+ when you buy your ticket to get the discounted price. The discount applies to:
- 24-hour tickets
- Flex 10/40 (10 travel days within 40 days)
- 30-day period tickets
To travel with a student discount, your student ID must show the student travel symbol. You need a student ID from one of the following:
- Hitract
- Mecenat
- WeStudents
- Studentkortet/Stuk
The symbol is shown on your student ID if you meet the conditions for the discount.
