Travellers are satisfied with the service travel

Most travellers are satisfied with the journey, the booking and the service.

This year’s ANBARO survey shows that travellers in Region Örebro continue to give high ratings for their Service Travel. Nine out of ten travellers state that they are satisfied with the journey as a whole, both in terms of the booking process and the actual trip.

Punctuality remains at a stable level. 94 per cent arrived on time, and 89 per cent were picked up at the time indicated at the time of booking. The results for Region Örebro County show that we are close to the national average.

The treatment from drivers and booking staff also continues to receive high ratings. 91 per cent are satisfied with the driver’s conduct, and 93 per cent are satisfied with the customer service when booking their journey.

Those who book digitally largely feel that the system works well. 87 per cent of those who booked their journey in our app Serviceresan find it easy to make a booking.

Region Örebro County coordinates a larger share of Service Travel than many other regions. This enables more people to travel together when suitable, and the vehicles can be utilised more efficiently.

Facts about the survey

Anbaro (The Barometer for Demand-Responsive Transport) measures travellers’ experience of their most recent Transport Service or Patient Transport journey across the country. The survey is run by Svensk Kollektivtrafik (The Swedish Public Transport Association) together with its members, including Region Örebro County. The interviews are conducted by telephone every day, all year round, always the day after the journey has taken place.

Anbaro covers 95 per cent of the country’s municipalities, and 20 of Sweden’s 21 counties are represented in the survey.
