- To contact a case officer for Sjukresor, press 3. Open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays) between 10:00 and 12:00.
- For questions about färdtjänst, invoices, or if you want to submit feedback, press 4. Open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9:00 and 14:00.
