Changes in December 2025

On 7 December 2023, Kollektivtrafiknämnde decided on certain changes to our bus traffic. The reason for the decision is the financial situation in Region Örebro Län.

From 14 December 2025, we will remove seven routes. These are:

• Route 404 Hällefors – Loka – Karlskoga
• Route 421 Hjulsjö – Hällefors
• Route 533 Karlskoga – Kedjeåsen
• Route 537 Östervik – Karlskoga
• Route 750 Askersund – Nydalen
• Route 760 Laxå – Röfors – Laxå
• Route 762 Laxå – Hasselfors

We will also merge route 51 and route 53 in Karlskoga city.

Refunds for season tickets and travel credit

When we make changes to our route offering, we approve refunds if you can no longer use public transport due to the change. We refund the part of the ticket price that applies to the time after the change.

If your travel options are reduced due to a change, you may be entitled to a partial refund. You can be refunded for the part of the ticket that covers the period after the change — if the change was made by us.

This applies to season tickets and travel credit. We do not refund single tickets. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.
