Service Travel customer service opens on 12 January

From 12 January 2026, getting help with Service Travel questions will be easier.

Service Travel customer service will handle:

  • Questions about transport service.
  • Questions about invoices from Länstrafiken Service Travel.
  • Feedback regarding your service travel.

Currently, you need to select different options to get answers to each query when calling 0771-92 00 00.

Once Service Travel Customer Service is launched and all above queries are combined under one option, you’ll be able to reach us on weekdays, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Questions concerning Patient Transport (sjukresa) will continue to be handled by the Patient Transport Unit (Sjukreseenheten), which is available by phone on non-holiday Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday between 10:00 and 12:00.
