A simple hello and a friendly attitude can shape how you experience your journey. For us, it’s important that you feel seen and welcomed, no matter where you meet us along the way. It might be on the bus, train, at the customer service desk, in contact with our customer support, during ticket inspection or at an event.
Together we spread warmth
21 November is World Hello Day. Say hello too!
During World Hello Day and the coming dark and cold winter month, we’re highlighting the importance of saying hello. We’re doing this through a joint campaign together with Svealandstrafiken and the welfare and public health division within Region Örebro län. As a passenger in public transport, you’ll encounter various messages, reflections and prompts connected to the theme.
The aim of the campaign is to spread care, warmth and togetherness during the darker season and to remind each other to greet one another in public transport. A simple hello can make a big difference.
It starts with you. It starts with me. It starts with a hello!
Small friendly gestures
Tips for small friendly gestures you as a passenger can do to spread warmth:
- Greet someone you wouldn’t normally speak to on the bus, train or at the stop
- Let someone go ahead of you in the queue
- Say hello to the driver
- Sit in an empty seat next to another passenger
- Leave a positive note where someone might find it
- Give someone a compliment
- Be visible to others by wearing a reflector outdoors when it’s dark
