New procedure at bus stops from 18 August
Starting 18 August, a new procedure will apply at bus stops. When several buses arrive at the same stop at the same time, the rear bus should pull forward and stop again. All buses arriving afterwards should also pull forward to the stop. As a passenger, you should remain at the stop and wait for the bus. Boarding takes place at the stop.
This change is being made to make it easier for passengers to board and alight. It reduces the risk of misunderstandings and makes the journey safer for everyone.
The travel terms and conditions will be updated after the Public Transport Committee’s meeting in October to reflect the new procedure.
