Due to technical obstacles, you still have to select different options for your questions about transport service, your questions about invoices, and for submitting feedback. They will be open between 9 am and 2 pm on weekdays (excluding holidays).
We are working to provide a streamlined option for all these enquiries as soon as possible.

Service Travel customer service will handle:
- Questions about transport service.
- Questions about invoices from Länstrafiken Service Travel.
- Feedback regarding your service travel.
Currently, you need to select different options to get answers to each query when calling 0771-92 00 00.
Once Service Travel Customer Service is launched and all above queries are combined under one option, you’ll be able to reach us on weekdays, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Questions concerning Patient Transport (sjukresa) will continue to be handled by the Patient Transport Unit (Sjukreseenheten), which is available by phone on non-holiday Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday between 10:00 and 12:00.
