The field can't be empty

We replace a broken Travel Card with a new equivalent. You can submit the Travel Card to the bus driver, a sales agent or our Customer Service.

If your Travel Card no longer works or you have problems with the card: Hand your Travel Card to the driver on the bus and you will be given a replacement ticket for a new card free of charge. All of the information from your old Travel Card will automatically be transferred to your new card within a few days, during which time you can travel as usual.

You can also contact one of our sales agents for help with a replacement ticket if your Travel Card is causing problems, or simply contact our Customer Service.
